Ferrari of Naples is proud to present an extraordinary 2017 Ferrari F12berlinetta 70th Anniversary Edition, Tailor Made in the historic livery known as The Phil. Showing exceptionally low mileage, this singular F12 is finished in Blu Swaters with a Bianco Avus central racing stripe over an Inchiostro leather and Alcantara interior. Created as part of Ferraris 70th Anniversary program, this car carries Livery No. 35 and was specified with more than $186,000 in optional equipment, resulting in an original MSRP of $513,499.
The Phil pays tribute to Ferrari 250 GTO chassis 3387, raced by Phil Hill and Olivier Gendebien for Luigi Chinettis N.A.R.T. at the 1962 12 Hours of Sebring. Hill and Gendebien finished second overall and won the GT class, delivering the 250 GTO its first competition victory. The F12s Blu Swaters and Bianco Avus treatment was created to evoke that historic competition Ferrari, while the bespoke Inchiostro cabin features horizontally ribbed Alcantara seat inserts and blue stitching. Broad Arrow notes that only five Ferrari 70th Anniversary cars received The Phil livery across the contemporary model range, with this being the sole F12berlinetta interpretation.
Beyond its historical significance, this remains one of Ferraris great modern front-engine V12s. Its naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 produces 730 horsepower and 509 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The specification combines its extensive Tailor Made treatment with Apple CarPlay, Ferrari Telemetry, suspension lifter, passenger display, front and rear cameras, Adaptive Frontlight System, full electric seats, High Power Hi-Fi, forged wheels, and numerous bespoke interior details.
